肝胰腺“白化”症中华绒螯蟹菌群多样性分析 被引量:1

摘要 利用高通量测序技术,对兴化采集样品进行菌群多样性分析.比较同一养殖池塘正常河蟹与患肝胰腺“白化”症河蟹鳃、肝胰腺和肠道组织菌群变化情况,比较发病池塘与未发病池塘水体、底泥微生物多样性变化情况.基于该批次样品分析,发病后肝胰腺和鳃菌群种类数增多,肠道菌群种类数减少,肝胰腺变化幅度最大.发病池塘较未发病池塘水体菌群种类数明显增加,底泥变化不大.各组织Top 30 OTU UPGMA-Tree聚类分析,正常和发病鳃、肠道聚为一支,发病肝胰腺单独聚为一支.发病与正常池塘水体微生物菌群组间变化差异显著(P<0.05),底泥微生物菌群组间变化差异不显著(P>0.05);发病与正常河蟹肝胰腺组织微生物菌群组间变化差异显著(P<0.05),肠道组织微生物菌群组间变化差异不显著(P>0.05). The high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the microbial diversity of samples collected from Xinghua.The changes of microbial flora in the gill,hepatopancreas and intestinal between the normal and hepatopancreas“whitening”Eriocheir sinensis in the same pond were compared.were compared The changes in microbial diversity of water and sediments in ponds with and without disease were compared.Based on the analysis of the batch samples,after the onset,the number of bacterial species in intestinal decreased,the number in hepatopancreas and gill increased with the largest change in hepatopancreas.Comparing with the normal pond,the number of bacterial species was significantly higher in water of the diseased pond,but did not change much in the sediment.There was significant difference in bacteria group between the incidence and normal pond water(P<0.05),but the difference between the sediments and the group was not significant(P>0.05).The difference in bacteria group of hepatopancreas between the incidence and the normal river crab was significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the variation of intestinal tissue bacteria between groups(P>0.05).With the Top 30 OTU UPGMA-Tree cluster analysis of each organization,the non-onset gill and the onset of gill converged into one,the uninfected intestinal tract and the onset intestinal tract gathered together,and the non-onset hepatopancreas had a distant relationship with the onset of hepatopancreas.
