中医外治法在危急重症中应用的研究进展

Research progress in the application of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in critical and severe diseases

危急重症起病急骤、病情变化快,临床致残率高、死亡率高。目前西医治疗多以脏器支持治疗为主,缺乏特异性。中医外治法种类繁多,方法多样,疗效显著。本文基于文献的检索和查阅,对重症医学科常见危重疾病的相关中医外治法进行总结,以期为中医外治法在危急重症的临床应用提供更多的思路与方法。

The critical and severe cases are acute, the condition changes rapidly, the clinical disability rate is high,and the mortality rate is high. At present, western medicine treatment is mainly organ support treatment, lack of specificity. There are many kinds of external treatment methods in traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the literature search and reference, this paper summarizes the external treatment methods of Chinese medicine related to the common critical diseases in the department of critical medicine, in order to provide more ideas and methods for the clinical application of external treatment methods of Chinese medicine in critical and severe diseases.
