摘要
目的探讨琥珀酸亚铁治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血的临床效果。方法选取2017年12月~2018年8月我院收治的80例妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者作为研究对象,采用均衡分组法将其分为参与组和研究组,每组各40例。参与组采用硫酸亚铁片治疗,研究组采用琥珀酸亚铁治疗。分娩后1个月,观察比较两组的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生情况、焦虑和抑郁评分、新生儿健康评分及治疗前后的血红蛋白、红细胞、血清铁蛋白指标。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于参与组,不良反应总发生率低于参与组,汉密尔顿焦虑和抑郁量表评分均低于参与组,新生儿Apgar评分高于参与组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的血红蛋白、红细胞、血清铁蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组的血红蛋白、红细胞、血清铁蛋白等指标高于参与组和同组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论琥珀酸亚铁在妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者治疗中的应用效果显著,可有效改善患者负性心理及血红蛋白、红细胞、血清铁蛋白指标,并减少不良反应对病情造成的影响,具有较高推广价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ferrous Succinate in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy. Methods Eighty patients with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy who were treated in our hospital from December 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled as subjects, they were divided into the participating group and the study group by a balanced grouping method, with 40 cases in each group. The participating group was treated with Ferrous Sulfate Tablets and the study group was treated with Ferrous Succinate. One month after delivery, the total effective rate of treatment, incidence of adverse reactions, anxiety and depression scores, neonatal health score,hemoglobin, red blood cells, serum ferritin indicators before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the participating group, the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the participating group, Hamilton anxiety and depression scale scores were lower than those in the participating group, and Apgar score of newborn was higher than that in the participating group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in the levels of hemoglobin, red blood cells and serum ferritin between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, hemoglobin, red blood cells, serum ferritin indicators in the study group were higher than those in the participating group and the same group before treatment, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Ferrous Succinate is effective in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy. It can effectively improve the patients′negative psychology, hemoglobin, erythrocyte, serum ferritin indicators, and reduce the impact of adverse reactions on the condition of the disease. It has high popularization value.
