定眩汤加减治疗眩晕的临床效果

Clinical effect of Dingxuan Decoction in the treatment of vertigo

目的探讨定眩汤治疗眩晕的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月~2018年6月我院收治的87例眩晕患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(42例)与观察组(45例)。对照组采用天麻素注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加定眩汤治疗,两组均治疗14 d。比较两组的治疗效果及治疗前后的症状评分。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为97.8%,高于对照组的83.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的症状评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论定眩汤联合天麻素注射液治疗眩晕能取得良好的效果,并可改善患者的临床症状,值得应用推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Dingxuan Decoction in the treatment of vertigo. Methods From June 2017 to June 2018, 87 patients with vertigo admitted to our hospital were selected as research objects and randomly divided into control group(42 cases) and observation group(45 cases). The control group was treated with Gastrodin Injection, while the observation group was treated with Dingxuan Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 14 days. The therapeutic effects and symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 97.8%, which was higher than 83.3% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The symptom score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Dingxuan Decoction combined with Gastrodin Injection can achieve good effects in the treatment of vertigo and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients, which is worthy of application and promotion.
