基于人文关怀理念的护理干预对糖尿病患者遵医行为和护理满意度的影响

Influence of nursing intervention based on humanistic concern on compli-ance behavior and nursing satisfaction of diabetic patients

目的分析基于人文关怀理念的护理干预对糖尿病(DM)患者遵医行为和护理满意度的影响。方法选取2018年7~12月我院收治的102例DM患者作为研究对象,按照抽签分组方式分为观察组(51例)和对照组(51例)。观察组采用基于人文关怀理念的护理干预方法,对照组采用常规护理方法。比较两组遵医行为依从率、症状改善时间和住院时间、护理满意度、自我效能评分、抑郁评分、焦虑评分。结果观察组遵医行为依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组症状改善时间和住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度、自我效能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组抑郁、焦虑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对DM患者采取基于人文关怀理念的护理干预后,取得显著效果,不仅能提高患者遵医行为,还能提升患者的护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention based on humanistic care concept on compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction of diabetic(DM)patients.Methods A total of 102 DM patients admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to December were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(51 cases)and control group(51 cases)according to lottery grouping.The observation group adopted nursing intervention method based on humanistic care concept,while the control group adopted routine nursing method.The compliance rate,improvement time of symptoms and hospitalization time,nursing satisfaction,self-efficacy score,depression score and anxiety score between the two groups were compared.Results Compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);improvement time of symptoms and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05);nursing total satisfaction and self-efficacy scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05);depression and anxiety scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on humanistic care concept for DM patients has achieved remarkable results,which can not only improve patients′compliance behavior,but also improve patients′satisfaction with nursing care.
