整体护理在内减张技术解剖重建前交叉韧带手术患者中的应用

Application of holistic nursing on patients undergoing anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with internal tension reduction technique

目的探讨整体护理在内减张技术解剖重建前交叉韧带手术患者中的应用。方法选取2016年4月~2019年3月我院收治的60例内减张技术解剖重建前交叉韧带手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和整体组(30例)。对照组采用常规护理,整体组采用整体护理。比较两组护理前后患膝屈曲角度、国际膝关节文献委员会膝关节评估表(IKDC)评分、美国特种外科医院(HSS)评分及Lysholm膝关节评分,护理满意度,治疗依从性及不良反应发生率。结果整体组护理后患膝屈曲角度、IKDC评分、HSS评分和Lysholm膝关节评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);整体组护理总满意度和治疗总依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);整体组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理在内减张技术解剖重建前交叉韧带术后患者的应用较好,可改善患者膝关节功能,提高患者护理满意度和治疗依从性,减少不良反应的发生。

Objective To explore the application of holistic nursing on patients undergoing anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with internal tension reduction technique. Methods A total of 60 patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction by internal tension reduction technique were selected as the research objects from April 2016 to March2019. They were divided into control group(30 cases) and the whole group(30 cases) according to random number table method. Patients in control group received routine nursing, while patients in the whole group received holistic nursing. The knee flexion angle before and after nursing, the international knee documentation committee knee evaluation form(IKDC), hospital for special surgery knee score(HSS) and Lysholm knee score, nursing satisfaction, treatment compliance and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the knee flexion angle, IKDC score, HSS score and Lysholm knee score of the whole group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing total satisfaction and treatment total compliance of the whole group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions of the whole group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Holistic nursing is better applied in the patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with internal tension reduction technique. It can improve the knee joint function, improve the patient′s nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
