评判性思维的优质护理在老年骨折患者中的应用效果

Application effect of quality nursing with critical thinking in elderly frac-ture patients

目的探讨评判性思维的优质护理在老年骨折患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年10月~2018年9月我院收治的252例老年骨折患者,随机分为对照组1(n=126)和实验组1(n=126)。实验组1采用评判性思维的优质护理;对照组1单纯开展优质护理。将负责对照组1的护理人员设为对照组2,负责实验组1的护理人员设为实验组2。实验组2及对照组2各有14名护理人员。观察两组专科护理、基础护理、总体护理满意度;调查医生对两组护士护理工作满意度。结果两组基础护理满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组1专科护理满意度(96.03%)、总体护理满意度(97.62%)高于对照组1(85.71%、90.48%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);19名医生对护士进行8项维度评分,结果显示,实验组2的总体评价、护士病情观察、护士知识水平、护士技术水平、医护配合评分均高于对照组2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年骨折患者用评判性思维的优质护理,能为患者提供更专科的优质护理服务,提高该类患者满意度,提升护理水平,受到患者、医生的一致好评。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality nursing with critical thinking in elderly fracture patients. Methods A total of 252 elderly fracture patients admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to September 2018 were selected. They were randomly divided into the control group 1(n=126) and experimental group 1(n=126). In the experimental group 1, high quality nursing with critical thinking was used, while in the control group 1, high quality nursing alone was adopted. There were 14 nurses in experimental group 2 and control group 2. The specific nursing,basic nursing, and overall nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed. doctors′ satisfaction with nursing work of two groups of nurses was investigated. Results There was no significant difference in basic nursing satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05). However, the satisfaction of specific nursing(96.03%) and overall nursing satisfaction(97.62%) in the experimental group 1 were higher than those in the control group 1, accounting for 85.71% and 90.48%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There were 19 doctors rated nurses from 8 dimensions, the results showed that the overall evaluation, the nurses′ observation on disease conditions, the nurses′ knowledge level, the nurses′technical level, and the cooperation score between doctor and nurse were all higher than those of the control group 2,with statistical differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing staff can use the high-quality nursing of critical thinking in elderly fracture patients, which can provide patients with more specialized nursing services in high quality, increase patients′ satisfaction, improve the level of nursing, and are highly praised by patients and doctors.
