摘要
目的应用锥形束计算机体层摄影术(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)对上颌前部多生牙进行分析,以指导临床诊断及多生牙的拔除。方法收集345名病人,总计463颗多生牙,采集病人基本信息,通过CBCT分析多生牙的数目、形态、萌出状态及对邻牙的影响等,对数据进行统计学分析。结果(1)本研究显示上颌前部多生牙多位于腭侧及牙弓内,多埋伏于颌骨内,埋伏多生牙以倒置多见;(2)上颌前部埋伏多生牙就诊年龄与位于颌骨内的深度有显著相关性(P<0.001,Cramer V=0.3579);(3)上颌前部埋伏多生牙的发生对邻牙及牙列有一定的影响。结论早发现,早诊断,早治疗对于多生牙诊治有重要意义。
Objective:To analyze the anterior maxillary supernumerary teeth by cone beam computed tomography(CBCT).To guide clinical diagnosis and extraction of supernumerary teeth.Methods:345 patients with 463 supernumerary teeth were collected.The basic information were collected.The number,shape,eruption status were analyzed by CBCT.Results:(1)This study showed that the maxillary anterior supernumerary teeth were mostly located in the palatal side and dental arch,mostly embedded in the jaw and Embedded Supernumerary teeth.Inversion is common,and the depth of impacted teeth in the jaw is median;(2)The age of the maxillary anterior impacted supernumerary teeth is significantly correlated with the depth in the jaw(P<0.001,Cramer V=0.3579);(3)The occurrence of impacted supernumerary teeth in the anterior maxilla has a certain impact on the adjacent teeth and dentition.Conclusion:Early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment are important to treat supernumerary.
