摘要
二芳基二氢吩嗪类化合物具有优异的光电活性,可作为光敏剂高效催化一系列化学反应.首先以水/无水乙醇作为溶剂,叔丁醇钠作为还原剂,将吩嗪还原成二氢吩嗪,再加入溴代芳烃、三叔丁基膦,以三(二亚苄基丙酮)二钯作为催化剂在甲苯中经过Buchwald-Hartwig氨化反应生成目标产物,通过柱色谱分离去除杂质对产物进行纯化.利用紫外-可见分光光度计测定其紫外-可见吸收光谱,利用荧光光谱仪测定其荧光发射光谱,采用循环伏安法测定其电化学性质.
Diaryl dihydrophenazine compounds show excellent photoelectric activities,and can be used to efficiently catalyze chemical reactions as photosensitizers.Firstly,phenazine was reduced to dihydrophenazine with water/alcohol as the solvent and sodium tert-butoxide as the reductant.Then followed by the addition of aryl halide and tri-tert-butylphosphine,the target products were obtained via Buchwald-Hartwig amination reaction with Pd 2(dba)3 as the catalyst in toluene,and purified by Column Chromatography.UV-Vis absorption spectra,emission spectra and the electrochemical properties were detected by UV-Vis spectrophotometer,fluorescence spectrometer and cyclic voltammetry,respectively.
