摘要
以电阻抗断层成像方法为基础,分析了以物质介电常数成像的电传感器,在此基础上研究了不同介电常数、电荷密度、电势差等相关参数对电传感器的成像影响。结果表明:在以电介质介电常数为机理的电传感器应用中,物体和周围介质的介电常数比值是成像效果的重要影响因素,而电势差对成像效果的影响甚微。
Based on the method of electrical impedance tomography, this paper studies the electrical sensors based on material dielectric constant imaging, and then studies the imaging effects of different dielectric constant, charge density, potential difference and other related parameters on the electrical sensor system. The results show that the dielectric constant ratio of the object to the surrounding medium is an important factor affecting the imaging effect in the application of electrical sensors with dielectric constant as the mechanism, and the electric potential difference has little effect on the imaging effect.
