Talent Demand Investigation Report on School-Enterprise Cooperation Hotel of Hotel Management Major of Hubei Ecology Polytechnic College

为了根据酒店行业的需求修订人才培养方案,2019年暑期从湖北生态工程职业技术学院校企合作的酒店中抽选了一部分进了行人才需求调研,获取了酒店企业的岗位需求量等一系列和专业建设相关的调研数据,并依据结论提出了人才培养方案改革的相关建议,以期提供参考。

In order to revise the talent cultivation plan according to the needs of the hotel industry, in the summer of 2019, a part of the hotel cooperation between our university and the enterprise was selected to conduct a talent demand survey, and a series of professional demand related to hotel companies were obtained.Based on the survey data, relevant suggestions for the reform of talent training programs are put forward.
