Changes of Rural Housing in Heze during 70 Years of New China

中华人民共和国成立70年,菏泽农村居住条件发生了巨大变迁,房屋样式由土房变为砖瓦房、楼房;房屋结构由土、木、草结构变为砖、石、钢筋水泥结构;院落由“脏、乱、差”变为卫生、整洁、美观;室内陈设由简单、古朴变为丰富、现代;人均居住面积不断增加,宜居程度日益提高。今后,应按照乡村振兴战略生态宜居的总要求,不断改善人居环境,扎实推进新农村社区和美丽乡村建设,实现城乡一体化发展。

The living conditions in Heze rural areas have changed greatly during the 70 years since the founding of the P.R.C.The styles of houses have changed from earth houses to brick and tile houses and buildings.The structures have changed from soil,wood and grass ones to brick,stone and reinforced concrete ones.The courtyards have changed from dirty,disordered and poor to sanitary,clean and beautiful.The indoor furnishings have changed from simple and traditional to rich and modern.The average living area of people is increasing day by day and so is the livable degree.In the future,we should continue to improve the living environment,promote the construction of new rural communities and beautiful villages,and realize the integrated development of urban and rural in accordance with the general requirements of the Strategy of Rural Revitalization and Ecological Livability.
