振动/静电环境下引信安全失效率计算方法 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前引信安全失效率定量计算不够完善,易引起设计偏差的问题,提出振动/静电环境下对引信安全失效率计算方法。该方法通过指数概率计算、振动谱随机过程参数统计计算静电放电、振动环境下的安全失效率,以及解除后坐保险的过载阈值及最小持续时间对安全失效率的影响。计算表明,在解除保险过程中有顺序要求时,有利于满足安全失效率的定量要求;适应地面静电要求的引信机电安全系统上机后,有可能不满足安全性要求;引信配用同样弹药用于不同载体时,因载体的振动谱不同而对引信安全失效率产生不同影响,需仔细审核引信安全性;引信安全系统不能一味降低解保过载,在不得不降低解保过载时,应增加过载持续时间,并根据可信环境复核安全失效率的计算结果。 A calculation methods of fuze safety system failure rate at vibration or electrostatic discharge was presented according to the evaluation of fuze safety system environment adaptability.The fuze safety system failure rate at vibration or electrostatic discharge,and the influence of setback arming overload threshold and minimum duration were statisticed with exponent probabilistic computing and vibration spectrum randomize process.It was indicated that,the demand of arming sequentially would be good for satisfied fuze safety system failure rate;the electromechanical fuze safety system which adapted to ground electrostatic discharge would be not satisfied fuze safety demand when it was put on helicopter;the fuze safety system although in the same ammunition should be reviewed because fuze safety system failure rate would be changed differently as vibrate spectrum of different weapon carrier;it should not be reduced the arming overload of fuze safety system blindly,the fuze overload duration should be increased,and the fuze safety system failure rate result according as credible environment when fuze arming overload had to be reduced.
