摘要
为了解农家蜂蜜和国内品牌在售蜂蜜的微生物污染状况差异,文章对选取10个农家蜂蜜样品和16个国内品牌蜂蜜样品进行微生物检测和对比分析。结果显示,品牌蜂蜜中菌落总数平均值高于农家蜂蜜;品牌蜂蜜和农家蜂蜜中大肠菌群、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌均未检出;农家蜂蜜中霉菌、酵母、嗜渗酵母含量均高于品牌蜂蜜。
In order to understand the difference of microbial contamination between farmhouse honey and domestic brand honey,10 farmhouse honey samples and 16 domestic brand honey samples were selected for microbial detection and comparative analysis.The results showed that the average number of colony in the brand honey was higher than that in the farm honey;the coliform,Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella in the brand honey and the farm honey were not detected;the content of mould,yeast and osmophilic yeast in the farm honey was higher than that in the brand honey.
