摘要
随着食品科学的快速发展,本科教学实验室的安全已成为学科建设的重中之重。以南昌大学食品工程实验中心为例,针对食品类本科教学实验室的安全现状和存在的问题,积极探索实验室安全管理的措施和对策,保证实验教学的有序进行。
With the rapid development of food science,the safety of bachelor teaching lab has become the top priority in the subject construction and received unprecedented attention.This paper aims at the safety status and problems of food majors teaching lab in our university,actively explores the measures and countermeasures of lab safety management to ensure the orderly development of experimental teaching.
