Problems and Countermeasures in Returning Farmland to Forest

自2000年我国开始实施退耕还林政策以来,我国的生态环境得到了显著的改善,人与自然和谐相处的理念得到了充分的贯彻和落实。但是仍然有一些基层单位对退耕还林的重视程度不够,加之民众农业生产的观念较为落后,导致退耕还林工程的推进受到了严重的阻碍。文章主要针对退耕还林政策实施中的问题进行分析,并提出了相应的优化措施。

Since China began to implement the policy of returning farmland to forest in 2000,the ecological environment in China has been improved significantly,and the concept of harmony between man and nature has been fully implemented.However,there are still some grass-roots units that do not pay enough attention to the conversion of cropland to forest,and the concept of agricultural production of the people is relatively backward,which leads to serious obstacles to the promotion of the conversion of cropland to forest project.This paper mainly analyzes the problems in the implementation of the policy and puts forward the corresponding optimization measures.
