Antibody Titer in Dogs after Vaccination Against Rabies

文章通过对犬血、尿常规与脑脊液相关项目进行检验,分离病毒备检,检查犬只抗原,测定核算并建立犬只病毒模型,检验犬只注射狂犬疫苗前后体内抗体效价并进行比较,主要研究了接种狂犬病疫苗后狗体内的抗体效价。结果显示:接种狂犬病疫苗犬只平均抗体应答显著大于未接种疫苗犬只。

In this paper,the routine test of dog blood,urine and cerebrospinal fluid were carried out,the virus was isolated,the antigen of dog was checked,the virus model was determined and established,the antibody titer of dog before and after rabies vaccine was tested and compared,and the antibody titer of dog after rabies vaccine was mainly analyzed.The results showed that the average antibody response of rabies vaccinated dogs was significantly higher than that of non vaccinated dogs.
