不同引种牡丹非结构性碳水化合物比较 被引量:1

Comparative Studies on Non-structural Carbohydrate of Different Introduced Cultivars of Peony

摘要 为选择适应宜昌市丘陵岗地栽培的观赏牡丹品种,探究其生理生态适应性.通过对三峡植物园从山东菏泽引种的10个观赏牡丹品种的研究,以本地牡丹品种凤丹为对照,测定其可溶性糖、淀粉、非结构性碳水化合物等生理生态指标,揭示不同品种牡丹生态适应性差异.结果表明:非结构性碳水化合物、可溶性糖、淀粉和叶绿素在不同的牡丹品种之间有一致性变化趋势,雪映桃花和春柳的淀粉和非结构性碳水化合物含量均显著高于凤丹;金阁、鲁粉、墨润绝伦的非结构性碳水化合物含量显著低于凤丹.通过多个指标的主成分综合分析并排序发现,雪映桃花和春柳的得分较高,金阁、鲁粉和墨润绝伦的得分较低.这意味着雪映桃花、春柳的非结构性碳水化合物含量较高,且叶绿素含量较高,可能在宜昌三峡植物园栽植成功,而金阁、鲁粉、墨润绝伦可能不适合在宜昌栽植. In order to select out the ornamental peony cultivars for the hilly land of Yichang,ten ornamental peony cultivars were introduced from Heze of Shandong province by Three Gorges Botanical Garden of Yichang and their physiological and ecological adaptability were explored.Taking the local peony cultivar Fengdan as a control,physiological and ecological indexes of soluble sugar,starch,and non-structural carbohydrates were investigated.The results showed that non-structural carbohydrates,soluble sugars,starches and chlorophyll had consistent trends in different peony cultivars.The starch and non-structural carbohydrate content of Xueyintaohua and Chunliu were significantly higher than Fengdan;The non-structural carbohydrate content of Jinge,Lufen and Morunjuelun were significantly lower than Fengdan.The principal component analysis showed that the comprehensive score of Xueyingtaohua and Chunliu were higher whereas the comprehensive score of Jinge,Lufen and Morunjuelun were lower.The results suggested that the higher non-structural carbohydrates and chlorophyll contents of Xueyingtaohua and Chunliu are,the stronger adaptability of these peony planted in the Three Gorges Botanical Garden in Yichang is.However,Jinge,Lufen and Morunjuelun may not be suitable for planting in Yichang.
