摘要
地铁列车运行与外部环境的电磁兼容性关系到行车安全及系统运行稳定性,对整车电磁骚扰的抑制已成为一个关键技术问题。对地铁列车150 kHz^1 GHz电磁骚扰进行测试,测试及分析结果表明,超出150 kHz^1.15 MHz限值范围。对整车电磁骚扰的发射源、发射路径进行研究分析,定位逆变器直流输入侧为主要发射源。根据超标频率数值、逆变器电气参数以及整车主电路计算确定安规滤波电容参数。实车测试结果表明,有效抑制滤波电容对整车电磁骚扰,满足相关标准规定。
Electromagnetic compatibility between the running of subway train and exterior space is related to driving safety and stability.The countermeasures on the EMI characteristics are becoming main technique points.The EMI test and analysis results of one subway train about 150 kHz^1 GHz show that EMI of 150 kHz^1.15 MHz exceed the limit.The DC input side of inverter is identified as the main EMI resource after studying and analyzing the EMI resources of the whole train and electromagnetic propagation path.The parameters of safety capacitor is conformed by exceeding frequency and electrical parameters of inverter as well as main circuit configuration of the whole train.Field test data which meet standard requirement indicate that the safety capacitor optimize EMI of the whole train.
