摘要
气动受电弓作为轨道车辆常用的受流设备,其空气供风系统的可靠性至关重要,探讨了受电弓升弓供风工作方式,分析了受电弓工作时的用风需求,结合目前常见的受电弓供风方案,提出低泄露储风与控制方案,延长车辆断电后的重复升弓间隔时间,优化脚踏泵管路连接方式,提高了应急升弓的可操作性。根据液态气体的存储和使用特点,提出液态气体应急升弓供气方案。
The pantograph is used as the flow device of the rail vehicle,and the reliability of the air supply is very important.This paper discusses the pantograph air supply mode of the pantograph,and the working scene and wind demand for the pantograph.The air supply scheme proposes a low-leakage wind storage and control scheme,prolongs the repeated boom interval after the vehicle is powered off,optimizes the connection mode of the foot pump pipeline,and improves the operability of the emergency lift bow.According to the storage and use characteristics of liquid gas,a liquid gas emergency raising air supply scheme is proposed.
