武汉地铁B型车辆司机控制台指示灯布置优化措施

Discussion on the Optimum Measures for the Layout of Driver’s Desk Indicators of B-type Vehicles in Wuhan Metro

摘要 随着国家经济的发展,人口迅速增长,对城市轨道交通的需求也越来越大。安全是地铁运营之本,符合人机工程学的司机室指示灯布置有助于司机对意外事故做出及时响应,保障车辆的安全运营。现以武汉地铁2号线B型车司控台指示灯布置方式为研究对象,通过对正线车辆故障情况下司控台各指示灯重要性进行分类,结合正线车辆故障应急处理程序及司机的实际需求,对司控台指示灯布置方式进行分析、优化,提出了更为合理的改进布置方案。 With the development of national economy and the rapid growth of population,the demand for urban rail transit is increasing.Safety is the foundation of Metro operation.The layout of driver’s cab light conforming to ergonomics is helpful for drivers to respond to accidents in time and ensure the safe operation of vehicles.In this paper,the layout of driver's desk indicator lights for type B vehicles on Wuhan Metro Line 2 is taken as the research object.By classifying the importance of the indicator lights of the driver’s desk under the condition of the main line vehicle failure,combining with the emergency treatment procedures of the main line vehicle failure and the actual needs of the driver,the layout mode of the indicator lights of the driver’s desk is analyzed and optimized,and a more reasonable improved layout scheme is put forward.
