摘要
介绍了我国铁路机车、动车组牵引技术现状,分析了目前成熟运用的牵引系统技术特点,受限于IGBT器件和异步电机固有特点,传统牵引系统在轻量化及节能性能上提升空间不大。文中展望了碳化硅器件、永磁电机、电力电子变压器、无速度传感器控制等牵引前沿技术在轨道交通的运用,并对其优点、运用现状、技术实现难点进行了总结,为牵引技术发展方向提供参考。
This paper introduces the current status of traction technology of railway locomotive and EMU,then analyzes the technical characteristics of the currently used traction systems in China.Limited by the inherent characteristics of IGBT devices and asynchronous motors,traditional traction systems have little room for improvement in terms of lightweight and energy-saving performance.The application of traction preface technology such as silicon carbide device,permanent magnet motor,power electronic transformer and speed sensorless control in rail transit is prospected,and its advantages,application status and technical difficulties are summarized by this paper,which provides a reference for the direction of technology development.
