一种救援机车用可转换车钩装置

摘要 介绍一种救援机车用可转换车钩装置的基本结构、救援车钩配置及主要技术参数。对车钩装置主要承载部件钩体、旋转体、转轴进行了强度校核计算。选取某和谐型机车安装可转换车钩装置,对救援各型客车、货车、动车组进行车钩转角计算和过曲线能力校核,以及分析了救援25K型客车时车钩与车端保持的有效空间距离和车钩自身转角范围。救援机车安装可转换车钩装置能够直接、有效、快速地救援我国铁路干线普速机车、客车、货车及提速客车和高速动车组。 This paper introduces the basic structure of a convertible coupler for rescue locomotives,its configuration and main technical parameters of the rescue coupler.The strength calculation of the main bearing parts of the coupler,such as the hook body,the rotating body and the rotating shaft is carried out.A convertible coupler is installed on a harmonious locomotive.The angle calculation of the coupler and the capability of passing curve are checked for all types of buses,freight cars and EMU,and the effective distance between the coupler and the vehicle end and the range of the coupler's own rotation are analyzed when the 25K type passenger car is rescued.The result shows that the installation of convertible coupler for rescue locomotive can directly,effectively and quickly rescue the main speed locomotive,passenger car,freight car,speed increasing passenger car and high speed multiple unit.
