摘要
针对目前出口欧洲铁路货车的铸件疲劳强度评估往往缺少相应材料的S-N曲线以及疲劳强度评估可靠性的问题,以运营成熟的Y25转向架轴箱体为标杆,在自主研发的Y33A转向架轴箱体设计过程中利用对标的思路,采用FKM标准对疲劳工况下的有限元计算结果进行疲劳强度的对比评估。结果表明:FKM标准中提供了一种基于耐久极限法的非焊接件疲劳强度评估方法,解决了缺少S-N曲线无法进行疲劳强度评估的问题。并且通过对标分析,采用与成熟产品相同的仿真边界条件和结果评估方法,能够获得一个对比的量化结果,对新产品仿真分析结果也有了清晰的评价。
According to the problem that the casting fatigue strength evaluation of railway wagons exported to Europe often lacks the s-n curve of corresponding materials and the reliability of fatigue strength evaluation,this paper takes the axle box body of Y25 bogie with mature operation as the benchmark,it makes use of the idea of benchmarking in the design process of Y33A bogie axle box body independently developed and adopts FKM standard to compare and evaluate the fatigue strength of finite element calculation results under fatigue eworking conditions.The results show that the FKM standard provides a fatigue strength evaluation method for non-welded parts based on endurance limit method,which solves the problem that the fatigue strength cannot be evaluated without s-n curve.And through benchmarking analysis,this paper uses the same simulation boundary conditions and result evaluation method as mature products to obtain a comparative quantitative result,and has a clear evaluation of the simulation analysis results of new products.
