针对CRH380B型动车组在运用检修中发生的走行部轴承温度异常故障,阐述了温度传感器检测原理,对故障现象及原因进行分析,提出了故障处理及预防措施,起到降低动车组故障率保证行车安全的目的。

Aiming at the abnormal temperature fault of the bearing in the bogie part of the CRH380B EMU during the operation and maintenance,the principle of temperature sensor detection is expounded,the fault phenomena and rootcauses are analyzed,and the fault treatment and preventive measures are put forward to reduce the failure rate of the EMU to ensure the safety of driving.
