摘要
伴随动车组保有量的快速增长以及行车里程的累积,大量上线运营的动车组列车进入高级修周期,如何保质保量完成生产任务,满足上线需求是摆在各检修基地的一大考验。通过对CRH3型动车组转向架高级修作业时静载试验项目的优化分析,实现降低动车组转向架检修作业的返工和浪费,提升动车组转向架检修能力,为节约整车修时、提升整体产能打下基础。
With the rapid growth of the EMU and the accumulation of mileage,a large number of on-line EMU trains entered the advanced repair cycle.How to fulfill the production tasks and meet the on-line demand is a major test at various maintenance bases.In this paper,through the optimization analysis of the static load test of the CRH3 type EMU bogie during the advanced repair operation,the rework and waste of the maintenance work of the EMU bogie can be reduced,and the maintenance capability of the EMU bogies will be improved.This will lay the foundation for saving the vehicle repair time and improving the overall capacity.
