巨刺运动疗法配合皮内针治疗肩周炎的临床经验总结

Summary of clinical experience of giant acupuncture exercise therapy combined with intradermal acupuncture in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis

肩周炎是以肩部疼痛、肩关节运动功能障碍为主要表现的一种疾病,属中医“肩痹”范畴,亦称“冻结肩”“五十肩”。大多数患者在当地医院只针刺患侧肩关节局部穴位,效果一般,甚至会加重。临床上,笔者通过巨刺运动疗法配合皮内针治疗肩周炎,取得了显著的疗效。

Scapulohumeral periarthritis is a disease characterized by shoulder pain and shoulder joint dysfunction.It belongs to the category of“shoulder arthralgia”in traditional Chinese medicine,also known as“frozen shoulder”and“fifty shoulders”.Most patients in local hospitals only needle local acupoints on the affected shoulder joint,the effect is general,or even worse.In clinic,the author has achieved remarkable curative effect through giant acupuncture exercise therapy combined with intradermal acupuncture in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.
