中老年人孤独感与手机成瘾现状评价及分析——以遵义市为例

Evaluation and analysis of loneliness and mobile phone addiction in middle-aged and elderly adults:A case study of Zunyi City

目的调查遵义市城区中老年人的孤独感和手机成瘾现状,并对其进行分析和评价,以期为中老年人的生活质量保障、提高和评价等方面提供参考和借鉴。方法采用UCLA孤独量表和手机成瘾指数量表(MPAI)以随机偶遇方法对遵义市中老年人进行调查。结果孤独感评分为49.53±6.00分,属Ⅱ级孤独感;手机成瘾评分为41.09±12.90分,属Ⅱ级手机成瘾。中老年人的孤独感评分与手机成瘾评分存在显著的负相关关系(P<0.05)仅表现在受教育程度相对较低的中老年人群中,而其他组别的中老年人群众孤独感评分与手机成瘾评分相关性无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论遵义市中老年人孤独感和手机成瘾较为严重,其生活质量有待提高。

Objective In order to provide reference for the quality of life guarantee,improvement and evaluation of middle-aged and elderly adults,the status quo of loneliness and mobile phone addiction were be investigated,evaluated and analyzed.Methods The middle-aged and elderly adults were random occasional sampled by UCLA loneliness scale and mobile phone addiction index(MPAI)scale.Results The loneliness score was 49.53±6.00,which belong toⅡlevel loneliness.he MPAI score was 41.09±12.90,which belong toⅡlevel mobile phone addiction.There was a significant negative correlation between UCLA score and MPAI score(P<0.05).The negative correlation was only found in relativaly low educational level group.In the other groups,there was no significant correlation between UCLA score and MPAI score(P>0.05).Conclusion The loneliness and mobile phone addiction of middle-aged and old people in Zunyi city wrer serious,and their quality of life needed to be imporved.
