摘要
研究火法熔炼硫酸盐铋渣生产粗铋工艺,探索温度、时间、物料配比等反应条件对铋冶炼回收率的影响。研究结果表明:纯碱的配比超过8%便可达到固硫效果,无烟煤需在固硫熔炼完毕之后加入才能控制SO2达标排放。物料配比纯碱为8%,无烟煤为4%,反应温度控制在1000℃是铋渣生产粗铋的最佳工艺条件,铋的回收率达92.49%。
The study is about the raw bismuth production process by smelting of sulfate bismuth slag;the effect of temperature,time, material ratio and the other reaction conditions on recovery rate of bismuth smelting is explored. The study results show: the proportion of sodium carbonate exceed 8% can achieve sulfur retention effect, the anthracite should be added after solid sulfur melting to control the standardized discharge of SO2. The best process conditions for raw bismuth production by bismuth slag are: in the material ratio, sodium carbonate is 8%, the anthracite is 4%, the reaction temperature shall be controlled in 1000℃, so that the recovery rate of bismuth can reach to 92.49%.
