摘要
针对目前常在太阳能热发电系统中充当蓄热介质的共晶混合熔盐与用于制作热能储存熔盐罐的金属材料之间的相容性和稳定性进行详细阐述。主要包括熔融碳酸盐、硝酸盐、氯化物熔盐以及氟盐等蓄热介质在不同测试温度下对不同金属材料的腐蚀行为进行研究分析。
Metallic material is one the economical, practical and basic candidate materials which can promote the social development, which plays very important role on manufacture of equipments, assembly units, pipeline loop and parts with all kinds of sizes. Simultaneously, it is unavoidable that the metallic material can be destroyed during application due to the self constituent elements,a lot of contained impurities, the poor service environment( temperature, gaseous environment), the chemical reaction with contact material, and so on. The elaboration of compatibility and stability between the eutectic mixed molten salt acted as the heat storage medium in the solar energy thermal power generation system and the metallic material applied to heat energy storage molten salt pot. The research and analysis on the corrosion degree of the different metallic material by the molten carbonate, nitrate, chloride molten salt,villiaumite and the other heat storage medium is carried out under the different test temperature.
