The Production Status and Process Change on Domestic Medium Plate

概述了从18世纪初至今中厚板生产技术的发展史,并对不同时期的生产状况进行阐述;对4个不同厚度区域的板材产量进行分析,对3个不同厂家11个品种的钢板进行产量分析,同时比较鞍山和营口地区中厚板的产能情况,从上述三个方面对市场进行分析;阐述了中厚板产品的变化,尤其是在新品种开发方面;结合中厚板生产线主要设备的变化,简要说明中厚板工艺的现状和变化,最后对未来中国中厚板的发展进行总结。

The development history of medium plate production technology from the beginning of the 18 th century to the present is summarized, as well as the production status in the different period;the plate output in four different thickness area, and the volume analysis on steel plate with 11 varieties of 3 different plants is analyzed, comparing two production capacities of medium plate from Anshan and Yingkou region. Therefore, the market analysis is carried out for above mentioned three aspects, the changes of medium plate production is represented, especially for the development of new products;the production status and changes of medium plate production line is described briefly combining the changes of the main equipments of medium plate production line, and the development of China’s medium plate in the future is summarized.
