摘要
长周期大型湿法矿山冶炼生产需要高效便捷的技术手段进行记录分析,为科学决策提供数据支持,基于无人机、近地遥感以及后续影像数据分析方法,利用数字表面模型(DSM)、数字高程模型(DEM)技术,构建于三维建模(如Pix4DMapper)和地理信息系统(如ArcGIS)的技术生态已成体系,采用无人机影像数据采集与数字表面模型技术对缅甸莱比塘铜矿生物堆浸场的生产过程进行跟踪优化,不仅填补了业内空白,延伸拓展了该技术在矿山冶金领域的深入应用,为今后的数字化矿山,乃至智慧矿山建设奠定了一定的基础。
The efficient and convenient techniques shall be applied for record and analysis on smelting production of long period large wet process mine, which supply the data support for scientific decision-making, based on unmanned aerial vehicle, near earth remote sensing and the subsequent image data analysis method, and using of the digital surface model( DSM), digital elevation model( DEM) technology, the technological ecology has already formed by 3 D modeling( such as Pix4DMapper) and geographic information system( such as ArcGIS), the unmanned aerial vehicle image data acquisition and digital surface modeling technology is adopted on tracking optimization on the production process of bio-heap leaching field in Laibitang copper mine of Burma, It not only fills the gap in the industry, but also extends the application of this technology in mine metallurgy field, which laid a certain foundation on construction of digital mine, even the Intelligent mine in the future.
