摘要
当前高等院校法学实验课教学普遍处于被边缘化的地位,存在教学模式单一,专业师资不足,实验流于形式,学生兴趣不高等问题。对此,应突破单一教学模式,加强实验课师资队伍建设,完善考评机制,增加课程趣味性,从而充分发挥实验课教学在法学教育中应有的作用。
College law experiment courses are generally marginalized nowadays. There are some problems, such as a single teaching mode, a lack of professional teachers, formalistic experiment, and students’ low interest. To solve these problems, the teachers should abandon the single teaching mode, improve the quality of teachers, better the evaluation mechanism, and increase the interest of the courses, so as to make the best of the experiment teaching in law education.
