摘要
以广汽新能源埃安S电动车为模型,利用多刚体理论、有限元分析以及模态分析,建立基于前悬架转向横拉杆柔性体的刚柔耦合整车模型。参考相应的国家标准进行操纵稳定性和平顺性仿真分析,将刚性体整车模型和刚柔耦合整车模型的仿真数据进行对比。结果表明:将前悬架转向横拉杆设计为柔性体可以在仿真时更加准确地反应整车性能。
By using multi-body dynamics,Finite element analysis and modal analysis,the rigid-flexible coupling model of tie rod of steering is built by taking An Aion S as a model.The analysis of vehicle handling stability and ride com-fort of electric vehicle model is carried out according to national standards.The data of the rigid model is compared with that of the rigid-flexible coupling model.The results show that designing rod of steering as a flexible body can re-flect more accurately the vehicle performance in the simulation.
