异丙醇添加剂在钙钛矿太阳能电池中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 有机-无机混合铅卤钙钛矿由于其具有可溶液加工、强吸收、高迁移率等优点,近年来被广泛关注。引入异丙醇作为钙钛矿前驱液的添加剂用一步法旋涂制备出具有大晶粒尺寸的钙钛矿薄膜。用此方法制作钙钛矿太阳能电池并探究最优的异丙醇掺杂浓度。基于异丙醇体积分数为6%的钙钛矿电池性能最高,能量转换效率达到14.6%,比不使用添加剂的对比器件提高了40%。 Organic-inorganic hybrid lead halide perovskites have recently been considered as competitive optical optoelectronic materials due to its advantages of solution processability,strong absorption,and high carrier mobility.In this work,we introduce a method for improving the morphology of perovskite films.Isopropanol(IPA)was introduced as additive to MAPbI 3 precursor solution and one-step method was used to fabricate perovskite films with large grain size.Perovskite solar cells were prepared and the concentration of IPA was optimized.Power conversion efficiency of 14.6%was achieved by solar cells based on 6%v/v IPA solution,which enhance 40%compared with reference devices.
