摘要 针对现有落球法液体粘滞系数测定仪存在的问题,对实验设备进行改进,通过电磁铁原理吸取小球,有效较少了实验操作过程中实验液体带来的污染以及外界对实验液体的污染,并且圆锥型电磁铁以及半圆形凹槽的设计精准的控制了小球的下落位置,最大可能的满足的实验原理对小球下落位置的要求,有效消除了传统仪器做实验时存在的诸多问题,保证了金属小球沿容器中心准确下落,有效提高实验操作准确性。 An electromagnetic positioning frame for measuring liquid viscosity coefficient is designed to solve the problems existing in the existing instrument for measuring liquid viscosity coefficient by falling ball method.In this paper,the experimental equipment was improved,through the principle of electromagnet suck balls,effectively reduce the pollution caused by experimental operation experimental liquid experimental liquid pollution and the outside world,and the design of the cone type electromagnet and semicircular canals the whereabouts of precise control of the ball position,the largest possible meet the requirements of the experiment principle of ball falling position,effectively eliminate the traditional instruments existing many problems when doing the experiment,ensure the accurate and metal ball along the center of container,the experiment operating accuracy has improved significantly.
