摘要
作为应用物理专业的核心课程,应用光学具有很强的实用性。像差是表征光学系统成像质量的重要参数,是应用光学中最重要的概念,光学系统设计的过程实际上就是各种像差校正和平衡的过程;轴向球差是一种最基本的,也是最重要的几何像差,对光学系统轴向球差的测量是系统成像质量检测的一个重要内容之一;本文采用Zemax软件模拟光学系统的球差测量情况,通过光线追迹的方法,使实验者深刻理解球差的产生原因,熟悉实验原理,对于球差的测量有积极的指导作用。
As the core course of applied physics major,applied Optics has strong practicability.Aberration is an important parameter to characterize the imaging quality of optical system,and it is the most important concept in Applied Optics.Axial spherical aberration is one of the most basic and important geometric aberrations.Zemax is used to simulate the measurement of spherical aberration in the optical system.Through the method of ray tracing,the experimenters can deeply understand the causes of spherical aberration and get familiar with the experimental principle,which has a positive guiding effect on the measurement of spherical aberration.
