摘要
当前我国社会人口老龄化问题严重,关于延迟退休的政策改革被提上日程。文章基于苏州地区的调查数据,运用多项Logistic回归模型对在岗职工的延迟退休意愿及影响因素进行实证研究。结果显示,40岁以下青年职工的延迟退休意愿较低,工作福利待遇、环境等工作特征因素都影响着职工的延迟退休意愿。基于此,政府应充分了解民意,有针对性地进行退休政策改革,并设计渐进式、富有差异性的退休方案,提高在岗职工工作上的满意度,使职工有更强的延迟退休意愿。
At present,the problems of aging population are serious in China,and the policy reform on extending retirement age has been put on the agenda.Based on the survey data collected in Suzhou,this paper uses multiple logistic regression models to study incumbent employees’willingness to increase retirement age and the influencing factors.The results of this empirical analysis show that employees under 40 years old are less willing to postpone their retirement.working benefits,environment and other factors affect their willingness to delay retirement.Based on this,the government should fully understand the public opinions,carry out the retirement policy reform accordingly,and design a progressive and differentiated retirement plan,so as to improve the job satisfaction of incumbent employees and increase their willingness to postpone retirement.
