摘要
生态效率的提高对区域可持续发展和生态文明建设具有重要意义。文章通过构建工业生态效率的投入产出体系,利用超效率DEA模型测算2008-2015年山东省17个城市的工业生态效率。研究发现:山东省17个城市的工业生态效率整体呈现较好的发展态势,但存在明显的区域差异,综合技术效率对全要素生产率的促进要大于技术进步,影响山东省城市工业生态效率的主要因素是外商投资和工业结构。
The improvement of eco-efficiency is of great significance to regional sustainable development and ecological civilization construction.By constructing the input and output system of industrial eco-efficiency,this paper uses the super efficiency DEA model to measure the industrial eco-efficiency of 17 cities in Shandong Province from 2008 to 2015.The research shows that the overall industrial eco-efficiency of these cities showed a good development trend,but there are obvious regional differences.The promotion of comprehensive technical efficiency to total factor productivity is greater than that of technical progress.The main factors that affect the eco-efficiency of urban industry in Shandong Province are foreign investment and industrial structure.
