连云港特色小镇建设现状与发展对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Development Countermeasures of Lianyungang Characteristic Towns

特色小镇建设对于推进乡村振兴战略、加快区域协调发展具有重要意义。文章以连云港特色小镇为例,通过实地调研特色小镇建设现状以分析特色小镇的建设经验与困境。当前,连云港特色小镇建设面临人才不足、资金匮乏、机制不畅与知名度偏低等困境。针对上述困境,从顶层设计、运营管理、融资渠道与品牌营销等四个方面提出特色小镇可持续发展的对策建议。

The construction of characteristic towns is of great significance for promoting the rural revitalization strategy and accelerating regional coordinated development.Taking the characteristic towns of Lianyungang as an example,this paper conducts field research on the construction status of characteristic towns,and then analyzes the construction experience and predicament of characteristic towns.At present,the construction of characteristic towns in Lianyungang was faced with the problems of talent shortage,insufficient funds,poor mechanism,and low popularity,etc.In response to the above dilemmas,the paper proposes targeted countermeasures from four aspects:top-level design,operation management,financing channels and brand marketing.
