低成本充填采矿技术研究进展以及固结粉推广应用展望 被引量:12

摘要 难采矿体充填法开采是目前资源开发的重要选择.不良采矿技术条件采用高成本和低效率下向分层充填法开采则是无奈之举.降低充填采矿成本是充填采矿技术发展追求目标,这直接关系到充填法采矿企业的生存与可持续发展.目前世界上少见的大型难采金川镍矿采用下向分层进路充填法采矿,采矿成本居高不下.本研究首先介绍低成本充填采矿技术研究成果;然后分析了金川二矿区采矿技术条件,明确固结粉充填胶凝材料在二矿区推广应用存在的问题和面临的困难,阐述固结粉胶凝材料推广应用亟待解决的关键技术以及开展研究实施方案;最后展望固结粉胶凝材料在金川矿山推广应用技术指标以及预期经济效益与社会效益. Filling method is an important choice in the exploitation of difficult mining bed.In hostile mining technical conditions,using high-cost and low-efficiency stratified filling methods is a reluctant action.Reducing the cost of filling mining is the pursuit of the development of filling mining technology,which is directly related to the survival and sustainable development of filling mining enterprises.In view of the high mining cost of the large-scale refractory Jinchuan nickel mine,which is rare in the world,the previous research results of the mine and low-cost filling mining technology are firstly introduced.Then the technical conditions of mining,the problems and difficulties in the promotion and application of the consolidation of cement-filled cementitious materials in No.2 Jinchuan mining area are analyzed,and the research and implementation plan are described.Finally,it is expected that the consolidation of cemented cement materials in Jinchuan Mine will promote the application of technical indicators with economic and social benefits.
