基于医养结合的城市中心老旧社区改造策略

Strategy of old community reconstruction in urban center based on the Medical Elderly Support

面对老龄化冲击,城市中心区养老问题尤为严重,迫切需要满足老年人医养需求。医养结合型适老化社区改造策略以改造现有建筑为主,以社区养老为依托,营建资源共享的服务体系。本文对福州典型老旧社区调研,了解老年人实际需求及老旧社区可改造条件,从规划层面提出了医养结合与社区养老相融合,可实施性强的城市中心区老旧社区医养结合改造模式。

Faced with the impact of aging, the problem of providing for the aged in urban central area is particularly serious, which urgently needs to meet the medical care needs of the elderly. The strategy of the aging community based on the medical elderly support is mainly to transform existing buildings and rely on community pension,build a service system of resource sharing. Based on the investigation of typical old communities in Fuzhou, this paper understands the actual needs of the elderly and the reconstructing conditions of the old communities. From the planning level, it puts forward the reconstructing mode of combining medical care with community old-age care, which can be implemented in the old communities in urban central areas.
