摘要
网架结构作为高次超静定空间受力体系是一种较好的大跨度屋盖结构形式,在机场等大型公建项目中得到广泛应用。某机场工程实施网架安装因受吊装环境条件的限制后,决定采用非常规的分区块胎架滑移法施工,网架分区块施工会造成区块连接交界段产生不利的挠度变形,影响网架结构受力及施工质量,为此应用Midas有限元软件技术,建立分区块滑移法施工模型,进行全过程模拟分析,指导施工,并取得成功。
As a kind of high-order statically indeterminate space stress system, grid structure is a better form of long-span roof structure, which is widely used in airport and other large-scale public construction projects. The installation of grid structure is limited by the hoisting environment conditions. After the discussion of the scheme research group, it is decided to adopt the unconventional block moulding bed sliding method for construction. The construction of grid structure block will cause adverse deflection and deformation at the junction of block connection, which will affect the stress and construction quality of grid structure. For this reason, Midas finite element software technology is applied to establish the block sliding method construction model for the whole process Simulation analysis, construction guidance, and success.
