城市更新引导下滨河片区的规划策略初探——以滁州市清流河右岸中段片区为例

Preliminary Study on the Planning Strategy of Binhe Area under the Guidance of Urban Renewal——Take the middle section of the right bank of Qingliu River in Chuzhou as an example

我国土地资源非常稀缺,尤以城市的滨水片区为甚。滨水片区的荣辱与兴败直接关系到城市特色的构建及城市名片的塑造。滨河片区的开发与建设作为城市更新的组成部分,是一项繁复的系统工程。本文着眼于滁州市清流河右岸片区的城市设计,重点从空间形态和产业选择两个方面来探讨城市滨河片区开发的规划策略。

Land resources in China are very scarce,especially in urban waterfront area.The honor and loss of waterfront area is directly related to the construction of urban characteristics and the shaping of city business cards.As a part of urban renewal,the development and construction of riparian area is a complicated systematic project.This paper is based on the urban design of the right bank of Qingliu River in Chuzhou,focusing on the planning strategy of urban waterfront development from spatial morphology and industrial selection.
