摘要
依据某核电站换料水池实际环境设计不同浓度的试验环境,研究不同浓度硼酸腐蚀下钢筋混凝土的基本力学性能,并对钢筋混凝土内钢筋电化学行为进行研究.试验结果表明:硼酸腐蚀对钢筋混凝土的影响较小且腐蚀仅发生在钢筋混凝土表面位置,钢筋混凝土内部仍保持高碱性环境;在硼酸含量为3.00%的腐蚀溶液中,腐蚀产物形成结晶,抑制钢筋混凝土的进一步腐蚀.
Based on the actual environment in the refueling pool of a nuclear power plant,the experimental environment of different concentrations was designed in this paper.A series of tests were carried out to study the mechanical properties of reinforced concrete in boric acid with different concentrations,and the electrochemical behavior of reinforcing bars was studied.The test results show that boric acid corrosion has little effect on reinforced concrete,the corrosion only occurs on the surface of reinforced concrete,and a high alkaline environment still remains in reinforced concrete.In the corrosive solution containing 3.00%boric acid,corrosion products form crystallization,which can inhibit further corrosion of reinforced concrete.
