基于傅里叶变换的混凝土孔洞检验

Concrete hole inspection based on Fourier transform

孔洞的存在对混凝土的质量造成了较大的影响.目前对于孔洞的检测仍局限于人工检测的方法,准确性较差.基于图像分析技术,使用Image pro plus软件与傅里叶变换在频率域上对图像进行处理,可提取出孔洞信息.采集6组样本,采用本方法与人工检测的方法进行对比试验,进一步证明了本方法的准确性.

The existence of holes has a great effect on concrete equality.At present,the detection of holes is still limited to the method of manual detection,and the accuracy is poor.Based on image analysis technology,the image is processed in frequency domain by using Image pro plus software and Fourier transform to extract the hole information.Six groups of samples are collected,and experiments are carried out to compare this method with the manual detection method to further verify the accuracy of this method.
