摘要
本文回顾分析某三甲医院近年的医疗纠纷档案,意探讨纠纷发生的影响因素,进而从管理层面提出相应策略与建议。
This paper reviews and analyzes medical disputes archives in a three-A hospital in recent years with the purpose of exploring the influencing factors of disputes,then puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions from the management level.
