随着国家简政放权、放管结合、优化服务改革不断深入,高校管理与服务的改革也不断深化,以师生为中心的高校一站式服务平台开始陆续建设。在“放管服”改革背景下,高校一站式服务平台的建设、实践与探索,需要转变理念,加强顶层设计,推进资源整合及共享,以规范化提升管理及服务质效。

With the deepening reform of the country’s simplified administration and decentralization,the combination of decentralization and management,and the optimization of services,the reform of university management and service is also deepening,and the one-stop service platform in colleges and universities which centers on serving teachers and students began to be built one after another.In the context of reforms to streamline administration,delegate powers,and improve regulation and services,the construction,practice and exploration of one-stop service platform in colleges and universities need to change the concept,strengthen the top-level design,promote resource integration and sharing,improve management and service efficiency by standardization.
