VoLTE码率协商及码率转换策略研究

Research on VoLTE Bitrate Negotiation and Transaction Strategies

首先对VoLTE码率协商机制进行研究,通过测试分析影响VoLTE码率协商的因素,进而提出VoLTE码率协商的策略。其次,针对VoLTE商用初期存在VoLTE和2G/3G语音互通的现象,研究了语音编解码转换的机制,通过测试分析VoLTE与3G语音互通时编解码转换和编解码不转换2种情况对VoLTE语音质量MOS的影响,提出了VoLTE与CS语音互通的转码策略,为VoLTE网络部署商用策略及优化提供技术支撑。

Based on the study of VoLTE voice bitrate negotiation mechanism,it firstly analyzes the factors that influence the VoLTE voice bitrate negotiation procedure through tests,and puts forward the VoLTE voice bitrate negotiation strategies.Secondly,Aiming at the phenomenon that voice calls interconnect between VoLTE and 2G/3G existing in the early commercial VoLTE network,it analyzes MOS of the voices that interconnected between VoLTE and 3G with/without voice bitrate coding/decoding transac-tion procedure through tests based on the study of the voice bitrate coding/decoding transaction mechanism,and proposes strategies of the voice bitrate coding/decoding transaction between VoLTE and CS,which provides technical supports for VoLTE commercial network deployment strategies and optimization.
