自我效能感是自我意识的核心内容之一,关系着幼儿对任务的选择、动机和表现,也影响着幼儿的心智发展和未来成长。在雪花片拼插游戏活动中,教师应致力于让幼儿获得成功性经验、习得性经验,并做出适宜的评估,以此来提升幼儿的自我效能感,保持和促进幼儿的积极参与状态。

Self-efficacy is one of the core content of self-awareness,which is related to children’s choice of tasks,motivation and performance.It also has an effect on children’s mental development and growth in the future.In playing snowflake mosaic games,teachers should help children gain successful and acquired experience.Meanwhile,teachers should make appropriate assessments to improve children’s sense of selfeffi cacy,maintain and promote their enthusiasm about participation.
